The Oasis of Oa-Munir

In the middle of the Tracked Desert (formerly known as the Trackless Desert before the foundation of the King’s Desert Trading Company) is the Oasis of Oa-Munir. Formerly the retreat of a reclusive wizard, the Oasis is now a major stopping point for the trading caravans.
A trading post created with the intention of being used with DURF, but I didn't end up including any actual mechanics, so it'll be useable with anything.
