Fishblade - the Shellfish Shogun

I'm not happy with this entry. The game's setting is played-out (oh look another 'revenge for honor' narrative with feudal Japanese overtones) and the mechanics are basically just what come to mind when you think "freeform RPG where you are a fish with a blade". Really the only thing I like is the line "Shellfish Shogun".

But I need to get something in for this jam so here it is.

You (as in the plural, refering to the whole party) are FISHBLADE.

The SHELLFISH SHOGUN destroyed your clan's castle upon the coral reefs, and you are duty bound to slay him.

You have six BLADES, each of which can be expended to kill one fish, but the SHELLFISH SHOGUN's castle teems with hundreds of soldiers, and you must save a blade for him.

The GM narrates. FISHBLADE may take any actions as the party votes; the GM decides success or failure.
The only mechanical rule is this - any use of a BLADE will kill one and only one fish.
